"Birth of an Idea" Installation

Many strands of thought and feeling brought this installation together as  Birth of an Idea. The illumined web of life holds a cocooned fetus — it’s the blue of planet Earth floating in the heavens, the blue of a deity, the vulnerability and mystery of life. It evoked the thought that no man is an island unto themselves to those who saw it in place… it was unexpected, evocative, and temporary.
